Your Role

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management solutions.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
• Provide expert guidance on Performance & Goals and integration points with Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Central.Support global implementations, process harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design reviews and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project risks, recommendations, and outcomes.
• Support Agile delivery and DevOps practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management Certification preferred.
• Strong expertise in HR processes and SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
• Experience delivering solutions for large, global organizations.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
