SAP ABAP Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Applications Senior Manager to serve as the Technical Workstream Lead for the US pool within our Global Delivery Center in Mexico. This role combines solution leadership, people leadership, and delivery governance across projects. You will work hands on in SAP delivery, oversee a mid sized team of SAP Technical consultants (approximately 30+), ensure consistent delivery excellence across engagements and build SAP Technical Application capability by upskilling and cross skilling the team.

What you’ll do?

Solution & Delivery Leadership
Lead and govern SAP technical solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, AMS).
Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation, design reviews, RICEFW delivery oversight, cutover strategy, and deployment quality gates.
Act as an escalation lead for complex technical design or integration issues between applications.
People Management – Lead a Large Technical Consulting Team
Manage and grow a team of 30+ SAP Technical consultants.
Liaison with project and capability leads in the US for deliveries.
Oversee performance management, staffing, mentoring, skill development, engagement, and succession planning.
Enable a high performance culture through coaching, training, certifications, and capability uplift programs.
Pre Sales & Business Development
Support pursuits for S/4 transformations: solutioning, estimates, staffing models, and delivery approaches.

What you’ll bring:

Certification in SAP BTP Solution Architecture, SAP Fiori, or the SAP Application Programming Model
Certification in SAP Activate or Agile methodologies
