Own the end‑to‑end QA strategy for the mobile app portfolio across regions
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation strategies
• Lead defect triage sessions and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
• Coordinate QA activities across internal teams, vendors, and OEM partners
• Ensure all releases meet quality, performance, security, and compliance standards
• Oversee regression cycles, integration testing, and pre‑release certification
• Provide quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting to leadership
• Validate readiness for app store submissions and OEM certification gates
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation coverage, and tooling
• Ensure alignment with engineering, product, UX, and cloud teams on quality expectations
Review daily test execution results and track defects in Jira
• Facilitate defect triage with engineering, product, and vendor teams
• Update test plans, test cases, and automation scripts as requirements evolve
• Coordinate with vendors on test progress, blockers, and resource needs
• Validate new builds, run smoke tests, and confirm readiness for deeper testing
• Monitor crash logs, performance metrics, and analytics dashboards
• Participate in sprint ceremonies to ensure QA readiness and coverage
• Prepare quality reports and communicate risks to stakeholders
• Support production issue investigations and verify hotfixes
• Manage device inventory, test environments, and integration test setups (including AWS Device Farm)
