Your Role

• As an Quality Engineer at Capgemini, you will execute functional testing activities and support quality assurance efforts across projects.
• You will apply foundational testing knowledge to ensure software meets business requirements while collaborating within Agile teams.
• Needs knowledge of STLC processes and testing methodologies and exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and ensuring traceability and contribute to quality improvements and adherence to testing standards

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in Functional Testing
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, execution, defect management, and test processes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
• Experience with test automation tools is desirable
• Good communication and collaboration skills
