We are seeking a Power BI Developer with strong technical and analytical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience building and enhancing interactive dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires creativity, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of data security practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ YOE working as a Power BI Developer or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Power BI architecture, DAX, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience connecting Power BI to AWS Athena or similar cloud-based data sources.
• Knowledge of row-level security and other data governance practices.
• Ability to interpret existing dashboards and propose creative enhancements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Fluent English level
  Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS services beyond Athena (e.g., S3, Glue).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Background in business intelligence and data visualization best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Connect Power BI to AWS Athena and other data sources, ensuring efficient and secure data retrieval.
• Analyze existing dashboards, interpret design and logic, and propose improvements for usability and performance.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and adhere to data restriction policies to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
• Stay current with Power BI best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
