Your Role

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will design, build, and enhance business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, helping organizations accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric applications that solve complex business challenges.

In this role, you will lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and other Power Platform components, while ensuring adherence to governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices. Your expertise will support the modernization of legacy solutions and the delivery of innovative low-code applications across the enterprise.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Design and develop end-to-end Power Platform solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead modernization initiatives, including migration of InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Platform solutions.
• Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and automated business processes.
• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and external systems through connectors and APIs.
• Support application lifecycle management (ALM), solution packaging, environment strategy, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for production applications and workflows.
• Ensure security, governance, and performance standards are applied across Power Platform environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.

• Demonstrates strong expertise in Power Platform solution design, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft ecosystem capabilities to deliver business value at scale.
• Applies a problem-solving and innovation mindset, transforming complex business requirements into intuitive, efficient, and user-centric digital solutions.
• Collaborates effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, fostering trusted partnerships and driving successful outcomes through clear communication.
• Champions continuous improvement, governance, and quality, ensuring secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
