As a Senior Performance Test Engineer at Capgemini, you operate as an independent QA Performance Engineer, responsible for validating the performance characteristics of enterprise applications, including response times, throughput, and peak‑load behavior. You play a critical role in ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and ready for production in complex, fast‑moving delivery environments.

You are deeply involved in the automated verification and validation of performance aspects of systems under test, working closely with development, architecture, and DevOps teams. With strong expertise in test automation, programming, tools, environments, and methodologies, you independently design, implement, and execute performance test automation solutions, while proactively applying the latest industry trends and best practices.

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end performance testing, from requirements analysis and test strategy to execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Design and execute automated performance tests (load, stress, endurance, peak load) for web, API, cloud, and distributed systems.
• Validate key non‑functional requirements such as response times, scalability, and system stability.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of performance issues and collaborate with engineering teams to drive optimization.
• Select, apply, and continuously improve performance testing tools, frameworks, and techniques.
• Contribute as a trusted technical expert, mentoring others and influencing delivery quality across Agile/DevOps teams.
