Position Summary
The Oracle HCM Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to support clients' HR transformation initiatives. The consultant serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep functional expertise and consulting skills to analyze business requirements, improve HR processes, and deliver scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of one or more Oracle HCM modules, HR best practices, and SaaS-based enterprise solutions. This role requires the ability to lead workshops, facilitate stakeholder discussions, perform process analysis, and guide clients through the implementation and adoption of Oracle HCM applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") process assessments and recommend process improvements.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions based on business needs and industry best practices.
- Advise clients on HR transformation initiatives, process standardization, and Oracle HCM capabilities.
- Support full project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, data conversions, and system enhancements.
- Develop functional specifications and ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.
- Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management activities.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and change management support.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement across HR functions.
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud HCM innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and participate actively in Oracle and technology communities.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources business processes and best practices.
- Ability to perform business process analysis and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships across business and IT teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global project teams.
- Experience supporting large-scale HCM transformations, cloud migrations, or digital HR initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of HR compliance, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in global or multi-country Oracle HCM implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
