Your Role

As a Business Advisor at Capgemini, you will shape the vision and strategy with clients, translating business needs into actionable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, define target processes, and drive business analysis activities across programs, ensuring alignment between current operations and future solutions.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Partner with clients to define business vision, strategy, and target operating models
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and stakeholder needs
• Lead process analysis and design, including current and future state definition
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and capabilities
• Define and apply business analysis frameworks and methodologies across projects/programs
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
• Support solution design by aligning business processes, data, and capabilities
• Provide leadership and guidance within projects and cross-functional teams

• Strong business analysis expertise – Skilled in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder management
