Your role
Strategic mindset and hands-on coding experience to lead the development of our mobile financial solutions. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our Android and iOS applications, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the architecture supports the complexity and regulations of the banking sector.
- Technical Leadership: Define and oversee the architecture of mobile applications, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Development Strategy: Make critical decisions regarding the technology stack, integration of banking APIs, and adoption of new trends (KMM, Flutter, Swift, etc.).
- Security and Compliance: Implement high-level security standards (OWASP, data encryption, biometric authentication) essential for the financial sector.
- Mentoring: Guide and empower the technical growth of senior and junior developers through code reviews and best practices. Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to transform business requirements into exceptional mobile experiences.
Your profile
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in mobile development, with at least 3 years leading technical teams.
Platform Specialization:
- iOS: Advanced proficiency in Swift and knowledge of Objective-C.
- Android: Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Architecture: Solid experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
- Banking Sector: Previous experience working with transaction flows, payment gateways, security tokens, and banking regulations.
- Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Unit Testing, UI Testing, and app store management (App Store Connect / Play Console).
Soft Skills:
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand the financial impact of technology decisions.
- Assertive Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: An analytical approach to addressing critical incidents in high-traffic production environments.
