Mainframe Application Support Engineer - Hybrid in CDMX or GDL

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Equivalent
• Mainframe support fundamentals and TSO/ISPF working knowledge. 
• Production support discipline and ticket management. 
• Incident triage, escalation, and root-cause support. 
• Strong documentation and handover skills. 
• Financial services technology exposure preferred. 
• Ensure stable BAU support with consistent incident handling and timely escalation. 
• Conversational English
