MRB Liaison Engineer - On-Site Querétaro

YOUR ROLE
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing non-conformances affecting aircraft structures and assemblies.
- Evaluate manufacturing deviations and determine their impact on product performance, safety, and compliance.
- Develop engineering dispositions, sketches, and technical solutions in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Collaborate with Stress, Materials & Processes, Aerodynamics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support production activities.
- Provide technical support for operational issues, design changes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring customer requirements are met
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of MRB/MAP experience within commercial or business aviation, or 8+ years of aerospace design engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structures (airframe) and system installations.
- Experience with CATIA V5 or similar CAD software.
- Knowledge of mechanics of materials, stress-strain analysis, and composite materials.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
