Your Role

• As an MLOps Engineer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for enabling the reliable, scalable, and efficient deployment of AI and Machine Learning solutions across enterprise environments.
• This role combines software engineering, cloud technologies, automation, and MLOps practices to bridge the gap between data science and production operations.
• You will work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Architects, and client stakeholders to operationalize ML models, build reusable frameworks, and accelerate the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
• Accelerate your growth through continuous learning, gaining exposure to cloud, MLOps, automation, and emerging AI technologies at enterprise scale.
• Drive meaningful impact through innovation, creating automated, reusable frameworks and platforms that enable faster delivery and sustainable value for clients.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of overall experience in Data Analytics.
• 4+ years of experience with MLOps, ML Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Engineering, with a proven track record of deploying and supporting production-grade machine learning solutions.
• Experience building scalable machine learning systems and data-driven products working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Databricks, including experience developing reusable frameworks, automation tools, and scalable data-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices, including automated testing, deployment pipelines, version control, and model lifecycle management.
• Well-developed software engineering skills, including use of proper development, QA, and production environments, object-oriented programming, version control, and knowledge of multiple programming languages.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with common data analytics packages.
• Fluent English level
