Your Role

As a Senior QA Lead - ETL & Healthcare Claims Testing at Capgemini, you will lead end-to-end quality assurance initiatives across data platforms, ETL processes, and healthcare claims systems. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business process validation across healthcare payer ecosystems, supporting critical claims processing, adjudication, pricing, and payment workflows.

This role requires deep expertise in ETL testing, data warehouse validation, healthcare claims processing, and quality governance. You will work closely with Data Engineering, ETL Development, Business Analysts, and Healthcare SMEs to ensure high-quality data movement, transformation, and business process execution while providing technical leadership to QA teams.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Lead QA activities across ETL, data migration, data warehouse, and healthcare claims processing initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules for data-centric projects.
• Validate ETL processes, data transformations, and source-to-target mappings to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data migration testing, reconciliation testing, and data integrity validation across multiple systems.
• Execute SQL-based data validation and quality assurance activities.
• Validate healthcare payer workflows, claims lifecycle processes, adjudication, pricing, reimbursement, and payment functionality.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across business and technical teams.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution and retesting.
• Establish quality metrics, testing dashboards, governance processes, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with ETL developers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage.
• Support automation initiatives for ETL and data validation processes where applicable.
• Lead QA resources, provide mentoring and technical guidance, and promote testing best practices across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and risk reduction.

Your Profile

• Results-driven QA leader with strong expertise in data testing and healthcare systems.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and large-scale data validation.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations and claims management lifecycles.
• Experienced in test strategy development, quality governance, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinker with exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator capable of translating technical findings into business-focused insights.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing QA teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Testing, or ETL Testing roles.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and large-scale testing initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and Data Migration Validation.
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
• Experience validating source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer systems and claims processing workflows.
• Knowledge of claims adjudication, pricing, eligibility, reimbursement, and payment processes.
• Experience managing defect lifecycles, test execution, and quality reporting.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Healthcare Payer, Health Insurance, or Managed Care environments.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks for ETL or data validation testing.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience working with enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and data ecosystems.
