L2 Production Support

Your role

In this role, you will play a key role in:

  • Front line Production Support .
  • Exposure to Production Support 24/7 Environment. 
  • Application support Experience of L1 or L2.
  • Experience on Incident Management and Escalations.

Your profile

  • 2-6 years Application support of L1 or L2 incidents. 
  • Hands on Unix.
  • Hands on Shell Scripting.
  • Hands on Python.
  • Hands on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Hands on Dev Ops.

Exposure to Tools:

  • Any Application Performance Management tools (at least one)
  • App Dynamics
  • Splunk (log monitoring, error codes interpretation)
  • Thousand Eyes
  • Solar Winds Orion
  • Service Now (Ticketing Tool)
  • Control-M or ESP (Scheduler)
