Jr. Manager - Data Architecture

Long Description

What you’ll do? 

  • Gather requirements and design complete contact center solutions for Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
  • Provide direction to a technical team to ensure consistency and interoperability between solution components.
  • Discuss, design, and configure contact center call flows and complex self-service IVR applications.
  • Provide written documentation for application requirements, designs & as-builts. Create documentation, architectural drawings, system standards, and SOPs within the organization.
  • Transformational Technical Solutions: understand, guide, and collaborate with various teams to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Responsible for the overall contact center solution design and implementation for major contact centers and remote sites.
  • Leverage past experience and technical knowledge to develop and maintain the company’s voice applications.

What you’ll bring:

  • CCIE Voice candidate
  • 7+ years’ experience as a Cisco UCCE & CVP Developer of contact center solutions, management, and design.
  • Experience with Cisco UCCE and CVP.
  • Experience with Calabrio One Recording, WFM, and Analytics.
  • Computer Telephony Integration Knowledge and Experience.
  • Experience with Cisco Outbound Campaign Development.
  • Experience performing UCCE Script and Design in Call Studio.
  • Webex Calling design and support
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco CUCM 15, CUC, and voice gateways
