What you’ll do?

  • Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues using tools like ELK stack.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Manage and optimize Oracle SQL queries and database performance.
  • Utilize Linux commands for environment handling and application deployment support.
  • Maintain and configure caching solutions such as Coherence or similar technologies.
  • Document processes, incident resolutions, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during critical incidents.

What you’ll bring:

  • Java Application Production Support Engineer responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of Java-based applications in a production environment.
