Your Role

As a Junior SAP FICO Consultant, you will begin your consulting career by supporting the delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP FICO solutions for leading organizations across the Mexican market. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will contribute to project activities, build expertise in SAP and financial processes, and develop the skills needed to grow into a trusted business and technology advisor.

This role is designed for early-career professionals with a passion for technology, finance, and continuous learning. You will be expected to demonstrate curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and a growth mindset while gaining hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support environments.

• Assist in system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and documentation activities.
• Participate in requirements-gathering workshops and process discussions to understand client needs and business challenges.
• Help validate financial processes, master data, and system integrations across SAP modules such as MM and SD.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Continuously expand your technical and functional expertise through training, certifications, coaching, and project exposure.
