We are seeking an experienced GCP Developer to design and develop data solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of modern data engineering, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment.

Location: Any state of Mexico

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+YOE working in BigData engineering, ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), such as BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Dataflows, and with a proven track record of designing and developing scalable data solutions.
• Practical experience implementing data pipelines and orchestration using Terraform, Dataform, and Cloud Composer (Airflow).
• Experience in scripting with Python
• Advanced Data Modeling Skills, including star schema, snowflake schema, tabular models, and other BI-oriented modeling approaches.
• Strong experience in data validation, integrity controls, and secure data handling across cloud-based workflows.
• Dashboarding and Data Visualization, using PowerBI, DAX
• Experience working in agile teams, gathering requirements, partnering with stakeholders, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Fluent English level

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions using GCP services, including BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, and Cortex Framework. 
• Implement data pipelines with Terraform, Dataform, and Airflow Composer. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful data products. 
• Utilize advanced data modeling techniques such as star schemas, snowflake schemas, tabular models, and dimensional models to support business intelligence initiatives. 
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data processes. 
• Develop dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. 
• Continuously improve data workflows and processes through automation and optimization. 
• Work within an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner. 
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture, leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance outcomes.
