Junior Fullstack Engineer

The Role

As a Junior Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and support cloud-native applications that power client onboarding and customer lifecycle management solutions within the financial services industry.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
  • Build and support microservices and RESTful APIs in a cloud-based environment.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end solutions using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Implement secure, high-quality code and contribute to code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
  • Support Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and incident resolution activities.

Your Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience developing full stack solutions using Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, object-oriented design, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Proven experience with automated testing, including JUnit, Mockito, integration testing, and API testing.
  • Background in financial services, banking platforms, client onboarding, KYC, AML, or client lifecycle management environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile teams.

Nice to Have

Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, API Gateway technologies, and relevant Cloud, DevOps, Java, or Agile certifications.
