EDI Lead

Lead the future of global integrations.
We are looking for an EDI Lead to drive the end-to-end operation of our integration landscape, ensuring the reliability, quality, and continuous evolution of critical global transactions.

🔹 What you’ll do:

  • Lead EDI operations and the integration ecosystem (SAP, OpenText) across multiple business areas: manufacturing, logistics, finance, and more.
  • Manage and develop a global team, ensuring SLA compliance, KPI performance, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily transactions, critical incidents (P1/P2), and escalations with service providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in processes, technology, and integration models.
  • Lead EDI initiatives and projects (analysis, design, implementation, and stabilization).
  • Manage relationships with trading partners and ensure compliance with audits (ASN / EDI 856).
  • Oversee the annual EDI budget and drive cost optimization.
  • Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI) to enable visibility and decision-making.

  • Strong knowledge of EDI integration, SAP, and platforms such as OpenText.
  • Proven experience in incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include at least one of the following: Cloud platforms: Team Leadership and Management: Overseeing a team of platform engineers, focusing on team dynamics, and effective delivery of cloud platform solutions. Technical Guidance and Decision Making: Providing technical leadership and making critical decisions regarding platform architecture, tools, and processes. Balancing hands on involvement with strategic oversight. Mentorship and Skill Development: Mentoring team members, enhancing their technical skills, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in platform engineering practices. Deep Technical Proficiency: Possessing a deep understanding of platform engineering principles and practices, and demonstrating proficiency in key technical areas such as cloud services, automation, and system architecture. Practice Development: Contributing significantly to the development of the platform engineering community, staying abreast of emerging trends, and applying this knowledge to drive improvements in the capability. ESM platforms: expert knowledge of ESM platforms and processes, executive service improvement opportunities. Assists in gathering and reviewing requirements and mapping to integration platform features. Participates and actively supports business initiatives by building reliable, efficient, scalable and businessoriented solutions that integrate and orchestrate a complex portfolio of customer, partner, supplier, and Capgemini tools and solutions DevOps: implementing and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment CIorCD Site Reliability Engineering: This role includes the ability to oversee software and performance of the full technology stack.
