Your role

• Lead the design, development, integration, validation, and release of automotive systems and components.
• Define technical requirements and develop solutions that meet performance, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage engineering documentation, risk assessments, validation activities, and design changes.
• Drive innovation, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and product launch support.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, manufacturing requirements, and customer expectations.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in automotive product design, development, validation, and release processes.
• Knowledge of CAD tools (NX, CATIA), Teamcenter, DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, FEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Understanding of automotive electrical/electronic systems, vehicle architectures, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.
