Your role

As a Senior Delivery Manager at Capgemini, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and transformation programs for global clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

In this role, you are expected to combine strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to drive delivery success. You will manage risks, optimize processes, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact between clients, delivery teams, and leadership.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs across Agile and hybrid methodologies
  • Ensure alignment with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior stakeholder levels
  • Track and communicate delivery progress, KPIs, and outcomes transparently
