Your Role

As a Delivery Manager at Capgemini, you will own the day-to-day delivery of application enhancements and product evolution within Agile environments, ensuring efficient execution, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with business priorities.

You will operate as a hands-on delivery leader, coordinating across Product and Engineering teams, driving sprint execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent progress against backlog commitments. This role requires strong execution focus, application awareness, and expertise in Agile practices and tooling.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Own end-to-end delivery execution for assigned applications, ensuring timely and high-quality enhancement delivery.
• Manage 2 applications per resource (on average), balancing priorities and workload effectively.
• Plan and run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead backlog grooming and prioritization in partnership with Product Owners.
• Track execution progress through Jira dashboards, metrics, and reporting, ensuring transparency.
• Drive strong adoption and governance of Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Perform dependency mapping, tracking, and proactive risk escalation to avoid delivery bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor delivery health using KPIs, velocity metrics, and trend analysis.
• Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes, Agile maturity, and team performance.

Your Profile

• Agile expertise – Strong experience managing Agile delivery using frameworks like Scrum/Kanban.
• Tooling proficiency – Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
• Collaboration-driven – Partners effectively with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Proactive risk management – Identifies dependencies and risks early, with clear escalation and mitigation.
• Organized and data-driven – Uses metrics, dashboards, and insights to guide decision-making.
• Adaptable and team-oriented – Thrives in dynamic environments and supports high-performing teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT delivery, project coordination, or Agile delivery management.
• Proven experience managing application enhancements and Agile delivery cycles.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence (advanced usage preferred).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product + Engineering).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
