Your Role

As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate with a global and centralized Data Science team to deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions across multiple business domains such as Revenue Management, Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and optimization solutions in cloud environments, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business value and innovation. Working independently, you will also contribute to the continuous evolution of AI capabilities, ensuring robust performance and measurable outcomes.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Developing and deploying predictive models, machine learning solutions, and optimization engines.
• Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines using modern big data technologies.
• Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Ensuring data quality, reliability, and governance across multiple sources.
• Visualizing data and delivering insights through dashboards, reports, and interactive applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and continuously improving model performance.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with stakeholders at different levels, including leadership.
• Leading project planning, prioritization, and execution for assigned initiatives.

Your Profile

• Solid experience applying advanced statistical methods, machine learning models, and optimization techniques to solve complex business challenges.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar, combined with hands-on experience in SQL and big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, deploying scalable data solutions and models in production environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile, proactive, and continuously learning professional with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and emerging AI technologies.
