Your Role

As a Data Engineer (LATAM) at Capgemini, you will support platform delivery, system integrations, and scalable execution across enterprise environments.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining data and application integrations, ensuring reliable and high-performance systems while contributing to platform evolution and continuous improvement.

This role requires strong execution capabilities, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Deliver core data engineering and platform functionality aligned with business needs
• Build and integrate APIs and enterprise services across systems
• Support platform migrations, enhancements, and stabilization efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business, and operations
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform and data solutions
• Support execution across enterprise environments with strong ownership

Your Profile

Data & Platform Engineering Experience – Proven experience in data engineering or platform engineering roles, supporting scalable systems and integrations.

Integration & API Expertise – Strong hands-on experience building and integrating APIs and enterprise systems.

Problem-Solving & Execution – Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and drive execution in dynamic environments.

Cloud & Modern Technologies – Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern tools/frameworks.

Collaboration & Communication – Strong ability to work across teams and ensure alignment on delivery and priorities.

Continuous Improvement Mindset – Focus on improving reliability, scalability, and efficiency of platform solutions.
