Location: Any state of Mexico

Required Qualifications

• 5+YOE as a Senior Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling concepts.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end data flows, from data extraction and modeling to reporting and BI consumption.
• Experience working in agile or product-driven environments, supporting backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with open-source languages such as Python or R for data analysis. - NICE TO HAVE
• Fluent English level

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Provide a strong techno-functional understanding to support the team’s backlog, ensuring analytical tasks are well-defined and aligned with business priorities.
• Support and contribute to backlog prioritization, balancing business value, feasibility, and data availability.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based data models (or using open-source programming languages such as Python/R) to enable analysis and reporting.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate clear insights and recommendations that support product and business decisions.
• Ensure awareness of downstream reporting and BI requirements, understanding how data models and transformations impact dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate closely with BI and reporting teams to ensure data consistency, quality, and usability.
• Communicate findings, trade-offs, and potential impacts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
