    Key Responsibilities

    • Support category planning activities, including demand forecasting, planogram development, and SKU optimization.
    • Analyze market and performance data from sources such as Nielsen, IRI, POS systems, and competitive intelligence platforms to identify trends and growth opportunities.
    • Generate actionable insights to improve product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
    • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure category strategies align with business objectives.
    • Monitor and report category performance through key metrics including sales, margin, market share, and profitability.
    • Develop recommendations to drive continuous improvement and sustainable category growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Category Management, Category Planning, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Insights, or Finance within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
    • Advanced English proficiency.
    • Experience working with market data and retail measurement tools such as Nielsen, IRI, and POS reporting.
    • Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
