Commercial & Contract Manager

Your role

  • Lead commercial reviews for complex bids and contracts 

  • Negotiate contract changes and commercial terms 

  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities 

  • Lead contract awareness and governance activities 

  • Drive scope creep prevention and revenue protection initiatives 

  • Coordinate with Legal on disputes and major contract changes 

  • Mentor junior CCM professionals 

Your profile

  • 6–15 years of experience 

  • Strong background in managing complex technology services contracts 

  • Demonstrated negotiation experience
