Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special activities, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination.
- Deliver a high level of hospitality and customer service to clients, guests, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate event schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Monitor event operations and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the participant experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with local and international stakeholders.
