Your Role

• we are looking for a mid-level BA (3–5 years of experience) to support the Program Manager who is managing an initiative with multiple moving pieces. The immediate need is operational, bringing structure, visibility, and organization to a complex and evolving delivery environment. This is not a traditional requirement only BA role at the start, the right candidate will be comfortable starting in a coordination heavy capacity and with the possibility of growing into a full BA responsibility over time. The program this BA would be joining has significant and ongoing scope creep as new items keep surfacing. The environment is fluid and the candidate must be able to adapt and keep things moving.

Your Profile

• Insurance background (Policy focus): Policy administration experience preferred.
• Process understanding:   Able to dig into complex and ambiguous processes and work through them without losing momentum.
• Process mapping.  Able to document current state processes, identify gaps and define future state. Translate clear, actionable models for both business and technical audiences.
• Process design:  Able to build out workflows end to end, turning business needs into clear and workable processes.
• Scope creep resilience:   Comfortable when new items surface. Does not need a clean or stable scope to be effective.
• Jira proficiency:  Independently triages, organizes and maintains tickets without being directed.
• Organizational skills:  Manages multiple competing priorities and moving parts simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Communication:  Translates complexity and volume into clear, prioritized verbal and written updates that allow the Program Manager to make informed decisions quickly.
• Proactive mindset:  Spots gaps, raises flags early and keeps things moving without waiting to be told.
• Adaptability:  Shifts between coordination and analysis depending on what is needed day to day.
• Stakeholder engagement:  Builds relationships across business and technology, asks questions, and follows up independently.
• Documentation:  Produces structured and accurate meeting notes, action logs, and status summaries as a formal record of progress and decisions.
• Core BA Skills** *(required but may not be heavily used at the start)*
• Requirements elicitation, impact assessment, process analysis, user story development, functional documentation, Agile delivery.
