Capgemini Aguascalientes is looking for Claims Management Specialists!
Key responsibilities.
• Create/Register Claim.
• Match the back-up documentation/CSB from customer with the deduction.
• Follow up internally for documentation for all claim types to register a claim.
• Match the back-up documentation from customer with the deduction.
• Register claim request based on difference in quantity.
• Submits claim for validation and approval.
•Send to Finance for approval.
• Match the aggregated documentation with the Claim items and propose validation solution.
•Release claim request and automatically bill with the next SAP run and approved settlement.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in Claims Management.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Previous experience working with SAP.
• Time flexibility.
• Medium English proficiency.
