Your Role
As an API Tester at Capgemini, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of API services within critical systems, particularly in the healthcare domain. You will contribute to end-to-end testing activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
This is a hybrid role based in Aguascalientes, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
This role requires strong API testing expertise, a solid foundation in QA processes, and the ability to execute effectively in Agile environments.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
- Execute test planning, test case design, and test execution across projects.
- Define and support test strategies aligned with project requirements.
- Validate system integrations and ensure reliable API performance.
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices across the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing.
- Proven experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of QA processes (test planning, execution, strategy).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Healthcare domain experience (required).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
