We are looking for a AI Engineer to lead AI initiatives, designing scalable solutions for high-volume customer interactions. This role will drive architecture, best practices, and innovation across voice AI systems.

Location: Any state of Mexico

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in AI / ML
• Very strong proficiency in Python, experience building services or automation in Python
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain or LangGraph)
• Azure Fundamentals
• GIT based development
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Prompt orchestration patterns
• CI/CD
• Knowledge graph / semantic layer awareness
• Prior work in supply chain or order‑to‑cash domains

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports delivery pods by implementing well-scoped backlog items for AI agents under guidance of the Pod Lead/Senior AI Engineers.
• Develops and tests Python components and agent workflows using the enterprise-approved frameworks and patterns.
• Contributes to reliable, production-oriented delivery by following established standards for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation, and by collaborating closely with data engineering and product teams.
• Focus is execution and delivery of existing work rather than research.
