Your Role
As an ADF Fullstack Engineer at Capgemini, you will play a key role in developing and integrating data-driven solutions, leveraging cloud platforms and machine learning capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to transform business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
This position requires strong programming expertise, hands-on experience with data processing and machine learning integration, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Develop and maintain fullstack data solutions leveraging Python and cloud technologies.
- Integrate and enhance machine learning models, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable development steps.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand domain-specific needs.
- Work with SQL queries and data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and validation.
- Build and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools like Bokeh.
- Ensure code quality and version control using Git-based workflows.
- Support quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and accurate system outputs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data pipelines and system performance.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- High-level understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Experience with ML model integration and upgrades.
- Proficiency in Git for version control.
- Strong skills in SQL querying.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas and NumPy.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in data visualization (Bokeh preferred).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas / Oilfield domain knowledge.
- Experience with Dataiku.
- Understanding of performance optimization and monitoring techniques.
- Knowledge of signal processing concepts.

Trainable Skills (COE Enablement)
