ADAS Fleet Logistics Lead

Sr-ADAS Fleet Logistics lead-Sr | Remote

Lead the cross-location operation of the global ADAS test vehicle fleet and maximize vehicle availability. Coordinate Flying Engineers, subcontractors, repair activities, troubleshooting, logistics, and escalations so that vehicles return to data-collection operations as quickly and safely as possible. 

YOUR ROLE

Own the consolidated operational view of fleet readiness, utilization, downtime, and vehicle status across locations.

·       Coordinate Flying Engineers based on incidents, repair priorities, and site needs.

·       Drive clarification and execution with subcontractors, workshops, suppliers, and local fleet teams.

·       Accelerate troubleshooting, repair, validation, and return-to-road activities.

·       Establish clear ownership and escalation paths for vehicle incidents and recurring defects.

·       Monitor repair lead times, blocked vehicles, spare-part dependencies, and operational risks.

·       Coordinate deployment plans, vehicle movements, maintenance windows, and service activities.

·       Ensure compliance with applicable fleet governance, safety, and operational requirements.

·       Provide consolidated fleet KPIs, issue logs, decisions, and escalation needs directly to program leadership.

·       Identify recurring failure patterns and initiate preventive measures with engineering and supplier teams.
