What you’ll do?

En Capgemini buscamos perfiles UHD N2 que, además de brindar soporte al usuario final, participen en actividades de coordinación y supervisión de la mesa de servicio, asegurando cumplimiento de niveles de servicio y calidad operativa.

Responsabilidades principales Atención multicanal de incidentes y requerimientos de ofimática.Registro, seguimiento y cierre de tickets en mesa de servicio.Apoyo en la asignación de tareas y priorización operativa.Participación en actividades de coordinación, supervisión y gestión del equipo UHD. Perfil requerido Orientación al cliente y a resultadosHabilidades de liderazgo y gestión operativaCapacidad para trabajar bajo presión

  • Experiencia en mesa de servicio o soporte técnico
  • Escolaridad: Carrera técnica, carrera trunca o Bachillerato
  • Idiomas: Español / Inglés
  • Horario: Disponibilidad para rolar turnos y trabajar fines de semana Información adicional Se proporcionará equipo de seguridad para trabajar en planta.
