What you’ll do?

• Collects business requirements through working sessions to develop solution proposals aligned with requirements and technical feasibility, understanding the impact of the change on the ecosystem under their responsibility.
• Develops user stories with business rules, definitions of done (DoD), and definitions of done (DoR) to ensure the requirement is being addressed according to business expectations.
• Develops and/or monitors the creation of mockups, models, or prototypes to ensure the visual design of the requirement is aligned with the user story.
• Ensures that the business requirement is technically feasible, validating it during user story definition with the corresponding cross-functional areas: Architecture, Information Security, Legal, Data Privacy, and the Development team.
• Ensures that the user story does not have ambiguous rules or leaves open paths for development, through validation and Business VoR on the user story and prototype.
• Creates end-to-end process flowcharts.
• Ensures that business requirements add value to the product, empowering them to make decisions and identify real business needs.
• Ensures continuous knowledge transfer with backup for operational continuity from solution designs in synergy with the cell leader.
• Collaborates in the training of new team members.
• Analyzes business processes from different perspectives: functional, operational, technical (business rules), data lifecycle (information), and revenue generated to determine their viability.
• Participates in demos and the SIT/UAT testing process, ensuring that the agreed scope is met and the business process is not impacted.
• Participates in the development of the Joint Solution Design, ensuring that user stories are considered and will be addressed based on business expectations.

What you’ll bring:

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a BA
• Experience with flowcharts
• Experience gathering business requirements
• Experience developing user stories
• Experience developing and following up on mockups, models, or prototypes
• Experience creating end-to-end process flowcharts
• Advanced English (Bilingual)
