SAP SuccessFactors Employee Consultant
Your Role
As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level support and minor enhancements to the client’s HR systems. This AMS role requires strong technical and functional expertise in Employee Central and its integration with SAP S/4HANA ERP, Employee central Payroll alongside excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with client teams.
- Provide ongoing AMS support including incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements.
- Conduct unit testing for the Successfactors changes
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user satisfaction.
- Participate in release management, regression testing, and deployment of EC upgrades.
- Document configuration changes, SOPs, and user guides.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Analyse and document HR business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
- Configure and customise Employee Central modules including Core HR, Time Off, and Payroll (ECP).
- Implement and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA ERP, Employee central payroll using tools like Integration Center and APIs.
- Knowledge on integration with other Successfactors modules like, Onboarding, LMS & RCM
- Support Continuous Improvement
Your Profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- One full cycle implementations of SF EC module as an independent consultant
- Strong understanding of HR processes and domain knowledge.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central (additional modules like Onboarding or Time Management are a plus)
