Your Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Record to Report (R2R) Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA to manage Application Management Services (AMS) work including enhancements. This client-facing role requires strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage and support SAP S/4HANA R2R modules in an AMS environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to R2R processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of AMS services.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on SAP R2R processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimisation.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP R2R modules with at least 2 years in S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in AMS support and client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certification in R2R or S/4HANA is a plus.
