Your Role

As an AI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing AI strategies, building innovative solutions, and leading teams to deliver business value

AI Solution Development

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models to solve real-world business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Implement best practices for model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the end-to-end AI lifecycle: data collection, exploration, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

Technical Excellence

• Work with leading AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for scalable AI deployments.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL/NoSQL databases and data engineering tools.
• Apply MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Azure ML) for model governance, versioning, and CI/CD.

Responsible AI & Compliance

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to fairness, transparency, and security standards.
• Follow guidelines for ethical and responsible AI usage in all projects.

Communication & Collaboration

• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering, cloud, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and platforms.

Your Skills and Experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Experience with cloud-based AI deployments and data engineering pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices.

Professional Attributes

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strategic thinking with a product-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Contributions to AI/ML publications, patents, or conferences.
• Exposure to industry-specific AI use cases (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing).
