YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a React Tech Lead to join a team within the IT BeP area, focused on sales-related applications in the telecommunications sector.

The tech stack is centered on modern frontend development with React and backend services in Node.js.

• Provide technical leadership to a React development team;
• Act as a subject matter expert and ensure best development practices;
• Lead the initial knowledge transfer phase of the project;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, product, business);
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability;
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong experience as a Tech Lead or Senior React Developer; 
• Deep knowledge of React.js and frontend best practices; 
• Experience integrating with APIs (Node.js is a plus); 
• Solid knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, HTML and CSS;
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring; 
• Fluency in French (mandatory); 
• Availability to work in hibrid mode with 2 times per week on-site in Fundão.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NodeJs; 
• Experience in telecommunications projects; 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
