We strongly invest in training our team so that we can offer trustworthy consultancy to our clients on all relevant technologies – both established products and market challengers. 

Joining Capgemini’s IAM team will give you the scope to work at the very forefront of IAM with digital identity at the core.

 

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

No two IAM engagements are alike, and we encourage our team to do a variety of project types. We work with all industry sectors, and we cover all aspects of IAM – from strategic advisory work to complex business change and technology delivery.
In the role, your primary goal will be to deliver IAM SailPoint consulting and delivery services to our clients:

  • Taking a business-centric approach to IAM, including IAM change.
  • Acting as a thought leader, you’ll work with clients and vendors to design and deliver successful IAM solutions.
  • You’ll be part of a growing team, working alongside and sharing knowledge with renowned IAM authorities.
  • You’ll be appreciated for being part of something much bigger, enabling Capgemini’s latest customer-centric Digital, Cloud, and Mobility offerings.

Your skills and experience

Your practical experience in IAM will primarily involve designing and implementing IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ. Additionally, experience with SailPoint ISC would be beneficial.

We are happy to consider both solution designers with strong hands-on development experience, and also strong developers ready to take the next step towards a design role.

Your security clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
